Muscle mamas! Tummy question

I'm not a bodybuilder (boyfriend is, but I'm addicted to this site!) but I am active. The gym isn't my thing...(small town, way too much socializing bull-ish at the gym) but I do other things. My question is, after you've had a baby...is it possible to get rid of that icky pooch thing? I've done crunches...situps...Pilates..yoga...and nothing seems to affect it. My glutes and thighs are lovely and toned, my arms are kickin (light weight training thanks to the boyfriends "look like a beauty and lift like a beast" theory) but nothing is helping this pooch. My kid is 4 now, I have no excuse! I can't get plastic surgery so...any advice? I eat clean, good lean proteins and lots of fresh fruits and veggies. It's driving me crazy and I don't even walk around my house on a Sunday without spanx. Help!

It depends what this pooch is! If its just fat then yes you can get rid of it. If its more excess (very stretched) skin then no amount of fat burning or crunches can get rid of it. Once skin is stretched to a certain point it will not return. Start out with normal fat burning program and careful diet and once you have got rid of the fat there is a simple procedure to remove unwanted skin - I know you don't want plastic surgery but it is probably the only way to remove the stretched skin. You can try skin firming lotions and creams if the stretched skin is only minor.

if it isn't fat behind the skin keepin it stretched out...sadly the only thing that will get rid of it completely is plastic surgery

if its very mild and has a bit of fat behind it you need to get rid of the fat and retin-a will help the skin a lot

lot of stretch marks too? I have one (one!) under my belly button that makes the faintest wrinkle under my belly button when I flex my abs...nothing short of plastic will get rid of it

Try the TTAP program by Tereasa Tapp. She uses the principle of moving and placing organs in your abdomen via gravity movements 👍
