Muscle groups?

Which muscle groups do you guys workout each day and how many times per week of each? Trying to come up with a new workout for muscle confusion.
 
I am currently doing...
#1 chest/bis
#2. Back/calves
#3. Delts/ tris
#4. Legs

3-4 sets 6-10 reps about 2-3 different body parts per workout... I am doing this for 5 weeks then I'll change it up to.

Chest
Arms
Back
Delts
Legs

2-3 sets 20 reps
For 3 weeks then its a week off..... I am seeing good results

Saturday thru Wednesday..

I only train each muscle group every 7 days:

DAY 1: CHEST SHOULDERS TRICEPS
DAY 2: QUADS HAMS CALVES
DAY 3: BACK BICEPS FOREARMS
