I am on my week three with d-bol and my quads are constantly cramping up. Just walking up a short flight of stair will cause me to lock up and have to stretch. Is this normal with d-bol. I already started taking some potasium pills and I am eating bananas like a monkey and I am still cramping up. What else can I do. I cant even work out legs cause of the cramps.
The cramps are not just isolated to my quads, if I tighten up any muscle for longer than 5 seconds it will cramp, but my quads are the most affected.
