I simply use Centrum Performance "For the Vitality of Your Mind & Body". Works great for me, rarely get sick and Im pretty sure I could take a 9mm bullet in the face without sustaining damage.

Id hate to say it but I doubt there is one better than Animal Pack out there.Although 2 shots of Monavie a day is all I have been doing for over a year and I have yet to get a cold ever since.

The actual serving size for animal pack is 22 pills. There are 11 pills per pack and a serving size is two packs. They are incredibly hard to take. I really like taking those liquid mutli vitamin and the seperate liquid mineral drinks from sams club. If you take a few swigs after a meal your good to go. I take all different types of vitamins from two of my dads centrum silvers when I stop by his house, two one a days, animal pack, or the liquid ones. I mix it up but the liquid or animal packs are the most effective. You can feel the difference
