Hey guys,

so just finished up a ten week cycle
ran venom test, helladrol to kick, katana on the back end, and venom winny for six weeks
i honestly have to say i loved this cycle the strength gains were amazing.
i started the cycle at 188, im 5'8 and im ending as of this morning at 197 with a 3% bf loss during cycle.

i will say my joints took a beating on the winny i take a join supp every day and doubled up a month before the winny started and by week 5 my joints were screaming, luckily that was the only negative side effect i saw during my cycle

My diet has been extremely clean and will stay the same through pct.

keto burn

took my first doses of everything this morning and im going to be logging how things go through my pct, already feeling a bit of an energy spike which i think is the caffeine in the keto burn.

unfortunately today is extremely busy and i just got back from four days of work travel and i wont be able to hit the gym today but ill be in there tomorrow.

I have to give a big thank you to mr supps for giving me the opportunity to log the keto burn i am really looking forward to it.
 
Day 3 on keto burn

Thoughts so far energy is way up, though i also noticed a lot of increased sweating throughout the day.
appetite actually kind of seems increased but im not getting cravings.

i have to give a shout out to mr supps test infusion seriously every day since ive been on it its like the slightest provocation and im ready to go i love it.

yesterday was chest and biceps, my workout went extremely well, man you can tell the difference in the gym being on and off cycle

i was dripping buckets in the gym which was good, i will say my energy in the gym was definitely intense, and i was able to power through my workout and cardio after

im taking the keto burn 1 cap 3x a day
 
Day 5 keto burn

diet was on point today, and yesterday
i smashed my shoulders last night and i am extremely sore today, so i did some cardio this morning and im taking a rest day from lifting.
energy was stable all day and changing up to two caps in the morning and one in the afternoon has actually let me sleep better.

im not sure what was going on today, but i woke up had my egg whites which i just boiled last night and a bowl of oatmeal my normal breakfast everyday, and took my pct supps and my keto, i have literally had stomach cramps and the shits all day no idea why.

tomorrow is going to be back and cardio and then just cardio saturday.

i am going to wait another week before i do another weigh in so stay tuned.
 
AHH!!! sorry for the lack of updates here, been logging it at mr supps faithfully.

Things have been going well, despite a small bout with a stomach virus things have been pretty good,
coming up on the end of the second week of keto burn and i have noticed some visible fat loss around the love handle area, no appetite suppression but man the sweating is definitely intense on this.
Keto is no joke, i am loving it, no jitters from the caffeine, i am breaking out on my face though and im curious if its from excess sweating or the test infusion

anyway ill be better here, but you can always follow me at mr supps as well

Thursday of week 2 of keto burn

hit back tonight and i had a great workout, especially after a stressful day.

Thoughts on keto burn, this stuff is no joke, sweating like crazy all day every day.
taking two caps in the morning has def helped, i have also noticed that i have been relatively calmer and not so stressed

i am definitely liking this, and i honestly think it is helping me ease back into a more normal eating routine, and preventing my body from trying to store all the food as fat in what was my fasting window during cycle.

PCT recovery is going well, test infusion is a lot of fun, i am noticing some bad breakouts on my face.

side effects of keto aside from some nice noticeable downsizing around my lower back which has always been a huge problem for me, ive been sweating a lot, sometimes uncomfortably a lot during the day, i know its the keto working, but sweating through my work shirts is not fun, i have also been going to the bathroom a bit more than usual, especially waking up in the middle of the night.

overall im happy with the product, i would be curious to see how this stacks with something like n2burn, or n2flame, thought i know from personal experience if you want to sweat pop 2 n2flame and go workout and you will lose about a gallon of water out of you

Beginning of week 3 of keto burn

my appetite is still around, and my workouts are goign strong, i have to say that my pct this go is definitely solid in terms of recovery, the test infusion dspark and unleashed have me acting like a teenager again.

In terms of the keto burn, the sweating is still very heavy, keto is definitely an intenser thermogenic, i have been noticing some serious fat loss around the stubborn areas which is beautiful and im trying the diet on point keeping it high protein not super high carbs, but higher than moderate and moderate fats, as to preserve as much lbm as possible gained on cycle,

i weighed in at the gym yesterday around 195, couple lbs down, but no visible muscle loss, and my strength has pretty much stayed even, it has obviously dropped a bit on certain lifts like bench, but no serious losses

im very happy with the product, i ve been using nublend as my protein of choice now which i love, i just wish the nublend was 24g of protein per scoop and not per two

so yesterday was scheduled off but i went in anyway and i did cardio for 40 mins and some body weight and tanning, trying to get that nice color for the wedding next month

tonights shoulders im ready to blast them
also started low dose of letro yesterday to see if i can shrink down the gland in my left pectoral, its not painful, its from puberty but it does make the nip stick out a bit which is not noticeable to anyone but me, but i want to see if i can shrink it.

alsoo starting to think about my next cycle, and this wont be till mid september at the earliest, but i am thinking of doing the transdermal test and transdermal tren, it will be my 4th cycle and i want to try the tren which i have been doing considerable research on, but again its months away so it just begining thoughts.

today is an off day for me up to 1mg of letro i have to say im not feeling any kind of bad sides yet from it, but def drying out not holding water which isnice for a change. diet has been pretty consistent though im having a harder time trying to eat as much as when im on cycle, im one of those that has to force feed to bulk .

they are a mass based company local to me, but ship stuff everywhere honestly if your going low carb but want to have a wrap their wraps a perfect, good fiber, low carb and even 7g of protein and they taste great

hey guys, a little update before the weekend kicks off

last night was back and bis and i had a killer workout, i have to say my pct is going very well, even with the added letro which im tappering at 1mg per day right now and it seems to be decreasing the gland, i feel great sex drive is still killer, plenty of energy during workouts, and the keto burn is making a def impact on those trouble areas i really do feel fantastic right now which is awesome

taking the lady out for her birthday dinner tonight and to go see hangover 3 cause she loves those movies, going to try and hit the gym tomorrow but its a busy day and my bachelor party is tomorrow night so that should be a good time

Yeah tbh since the pubertal gyno is glandular I've just been living with it no pain no puffiness since I was in puberty and the glands not that big. But a week into pct I noticed it was making my nip stick out a little which it never has since the glands right above the nip you don't even know its there so time to squash it. Freaking ag guys letro is legit six days on ramped up to 1mg gland is no longer firm and has shrunk ill probably stay here for a bit taper down since this upcoming weeks my end of pct but ill extend a bit further. I'm feeling the joint issues from letro though very dry today during my chest workout.

alright guys, im alive, the bachelor party was insanely fun, i had to take the day off yesterday due to the hangover that was a given due to the nights activities, but a couple of hits of pure o2 and plenty of sleep and water and im right as rain

back in the gym this morning to crush legs, keto burn is having a great effect im leaner and drier i really love it, im actually going to be ordering another bottle this week, becuase after i finish up pct which im feeling fantastic from, i am going to run methyl eaa with the new mho poppers and more keto burn up until the wedding, should give me a nice dense lean look that i want.

I was contemplating a sarms triple stack, however i have run osta in the past and i didnt really see anything from it, but im excited to see what the forged products can do,

i have eased back into a normal eating pattern officially off of IF, i did like IF i just cant maintain the eating schedule due to work, im keeping my protein high now, and keeping the fats moderate and dropping the carbs a bit lower

I am not sure how many have run 10x10 workouts before, but i have been running modified versions, but switching up the compound lifts i run 10x10 and i will say for example i run 10x10 on bench doing 155, i do this for 3 weeks and the following week i switch up to heavy bench, and you will see serious increase in the numbers, i have been loving what this routine has been doing for me

Hey guys

so yesterday ended up being an off day got caught up doing wedding stuff after work,

went in today and killed shoulders, and just housed two tuna and baked broccoli wraps on that low carb high protein flax wrap i mentioned earlier, this is my hands down go to muscle food right now.

1 can of tuna per wrap, with a little mayo per can to hold it together (dont hate on mayo used in moderation it wont kill ya) and im not even talking full serving size i just mean minimal to hold it together.

i bake up broccoli twice a week, take fresh broccoli cut the stems down to get the crowns toss in a ziploc with some olive oil, or you can use margarine if you want, sprinkle lightly with sea salt and pepper, or mrs dash seasoning of your choice, toss in the oven for 12 minutes at 450 and you have the best tasting broc ever,

ill chop up these pieces finer to get them into the wrap but its seriously amazing.

So still loving that keto, and ive been thinking how im going to bridge for the next few months, i was seriously contemplating jumping into a sarms cycle, but for this first month i decided on this

keto burn
methyl eaa
forged mho poppers
n2 bridge

im going to run this for the first month and see how it works out, and after that ill probably move into a sarms triple or double, still undecided on s4 all i know is come the fall i have a bottle of beast that is calling my name from my shelf

killed it tonight in the gym for back, tomorrow is supposed to be an off day, but im just starting my four day split over instead since sunday i have to fly out to my companies home office for our annual sales meeting which means a week of a crappy ass hotel gym and i mean the worst of the worst, eating out every night with a bunch of my fellow sales reps who love to drink too much which means ill be playing dd. I am honestly not looking forward to it, but ill probably go for a run every morning and try to make the best of the gym at the hotel.

Got my supps packed and ready to go, its going to be a rough week without a proper workout, i will probably be grumpy as hell by tuesday

well guys, technically tomorrow ends my pct, and right now im sitting at a 194 lbs so only a 3lb lost during pct, but i have actually gotten more shredding during my pct and i think that is due to the keto burn,

im going to my companies annual sales meeting tomorrow, and im still running the letro for one more weeks, so its been fun devising a way to get my letro and clomid which are both liquid down there, im tapering my letro down, and ill keep running the clomid and forma for a while after to prevent any rebound.

so im def going to order up that bridge stack i listed above, ive been contemplating doing a gw and osta run so maybe ill do that after this initial bridge, since i am not planning to cycle again until the fall

today

alright guys ive been traveling all week and its been hell, so an update i was still training and on my supps as usual, ive been tappering off the letro and im done with it now, the gland is pretty broken up, but the letro sides were sucking, im staying on clomid and forma for another week just to combat any possible estro rebound,

i ordered up the new mho poppers a new bottle of keto, and methyl eaa and some of my new favorite protein the nublend7 today im going to stack that with bridge as a nice natty anabolic stack, i think it will compliment me well coming off this cycle and pct,

to be honest im going to hit the gym today and im freaking exhausted from traveling so we will see how it goes today
