MSM which one to buy...?

I went and looked at MSM tonight. what one should I buy there was just MSM 1000mg pill, then MSM with shark cartilage 250mg of each (pill), and then there was MSM with glucosamine in a rub on lotion.

any sugestions.........?

well I bough the 1500mg pill this weekend seems like it does help my sore elbow a bit...
