When I was heavier, my main focus in life was simply my little girl, work and being a homemaker. I've finally figured out how to make time for me and do what is necessary to make the physical changes I want and still do the other things that make me happy.

Thanks for all the wonderful comments, you've made my day. I'm pretty upset right now...I hurt my shoulder arm wrestling (first and last time I'm gonna do that) on Sat. night and didn't realize what it was from until today. Tomorrow morning I have an appt. with a chiropractic kinesiologist that my massage therapist recommended me to a couple of days ago. I've been in some nasty pain this week and really need some relief. Anti-inflamatories are reaking havock with my diverticulitis and IBS. I just want to feel better again. Couldn't do shoulders tonight so I added in some extra leg work.
This board is so full of inspiration for me. Every time I've had a problem or question, someone here has always helped me out. You're all such wonderful people. Huggggs to you all.

The elbow wasn't such an easy fix though...that's what'll take a few visits to get back in order.
