Hey Mr.X..

This is my last weekend for carb-up... and I have a few Q's about my bulking diet.

To allow my body to adapt, I plan on eating moderational carbs throughout the week, and keep my protein to approx. 1.5-2g/lb
Is the fine? I don't want to jump into my bulk diet right away, but I'd rather gradually get in the groove of things again by starting to eat slowly.. and increase each day. Then when I start my cycle, I will bump it.

As for what I eat, should I remove all high-GI foods from my diet?

I know I will gain more fat than I would with low-gi foods.. but is it neccessary? Thanks for any info!

that's fine

that sounds right

I would limit high-gi carbs, that would surely keep the fat gains off

you answered your own question; if you're trying to limit fat gains, try to limit high-gi carbs.
