I have a tub of protein which contains 7g of carbs/serving.. and only 1.5g are from sugar. Each serving contains 22g of protein.
You stated that I can have between 20-30carbs/day without going out of ketosis.. and of those 20-30, you can only have 6g/meal.
Let's say I take 1/2 scoop, and 2 hard boiled eggs to reach my 30g/meal for the day... will the sugar afftect anything? I'll be consuming approx 4g/carbs from the protein powder. Are they carbs that I can consume?
I'm buying new protein which contains less than 3g/carb on friday, but I would like to see if I can use up this stuff first, without any problems.
