They have an article by Oliver Starr called "The ultimate no fat gain insulin program".
It is very similar to MKD...but you shoot slin 1-3 times ed, eating high protein(600g) all day and little fat. Almost all the protein comes from whey/casein shakes. Maybe one solid meal ed w/ some greens.
I think MKD is better in that you get EFAS and such.
