since you bring that up why not mention all the people that you reccomended take nolva and letro which caused thier gyno to worsen? Because you, in your infinite wisdom, failed to realize that Nolva could aggravate progestenic gyno.
the reason that there are reports of letro reversing gyno is not because it does, but because you promote it heavily for that purpose. Letro can reverse gyno, though its no certainty.
as far as results, actually know people personally, not on the net, that have used all three primary prescription AI's to reverse gyno. Though have seen failures or partial results with all of them. Arimidex seems to only work in very minor cases, and seems to have zero impact on deca or tren induced gyno. Have seen jawbreaker sized masses reduced with both letro and aromasin. Most people with larger masses have surgery, because the treatment is not effective "fast enough", though would venture to guess that with time they would have seen reduction.
Letro is an effective treatment, its just not the only one. Even the clinicals found that arimidex partly reduced most cases of pubertal gyno. there have been no clinicals on letro or aromasin, in this aspect.
for long term use, which may be necessary letrozole is not a good choice for many users. But as stated before its an effective option, just not the only one.
