Mr.X or any other CKD Pro?

Hi Mr.X. I can't get the exact totals of Calories, Fat and protein, I usually go over a bit or under. Example. on day 2 of the CKD my calories total out to 2174 calories, they should be at 1998 calories according to my calculations. is that bad? Is there some advice you could share that would help? Maybe using a half portion of food, Example. Half an egg instead of a whole egg. Thx a lot.:D
 
Is it bad? Well, I guess we would have to define bad in that case. No, I wouldn't say it's extremely bad, but you should try to follow your program. Sometimes calories don't match and that's just the way dieting is, you have to take it one step at a time and learn your body to achieve homeostasis.

I have learned over the years, to plan my meals ahead so I would not eat more nor less. Follow the plan exactly and timely, this has brought about great results. But, again, you have to try things and experiment with your body and see how much fat-loss you get with calories a little higher, and at the same time calories a little lower.
