I am only training three days a week like dan suggested. I was thinking of getting some carbs in at night and train 4 - 5 days a week, and carb up friday saturday, carb deplete sunday. OR Should I stay on course and follow bodyopus like I have been? I see changes without a doubt, but I want to come in FULL and Ripped.
