Mr.X Need Your advice (bodyopus)

I am only training three days a week like dan suggested. I was thinking of getting some carbs in at night and train 4 - 5 days a week, and carb up friday saturday, carb deplete sunday. OR Should I stay on course and follow bodyopus like I have been? I see changes without a doubt, but I want to come in FULL and Ripped.

Stack:
tren 100mg eod
Winny 50mg eod
Prop 100mg eod

.5mg arimidex
mgf 100mcg ed

Clen two weeks on and off
t4 at end.

Follow the bodyopus exactly, don't make your own version. If you change things around, you're likely to mess up the ketogenic phase and the anabolic phase.

Don't run T4 or T3 since you'll be in a semi catabolic state while in ketosis...

Yes. It's not Buffet-Opus...you can't pick and choose which parts to follow...it's a whole plan and the parts are not as great as the whole, when added up.
