I have been reading through the recent posts, and have read a couple of your post about the women who lost amazing amount of body fat within a few months. I am currently 200 lbs , 5'4" and need to lose a ton of weight before September. I have been working out for about a month and now know i think i have the will power to successfully do the fat fast experiment but i was wondering if you could help me ....or give me the details of that womens diet/exercise and i was also wondering what she does to maintain her weight now..thanks in advance
