I'm two days out. I decided to try not doing anything too extreme this time and on Fri, sat and sun I lowered my carbs to around 100g and did full body workouts each day (monday as well, but i ate more like 200g of carbs that day). On Tuesday I ate around 300g of carbs, yesterday I ate around 350g, today I'lle at around 400g and tomorrow I';ll do the same or cut back depending on how I am feeling/looking. I haven't really been worrying about sodium - trying to cut back slightly with the hot sauce and things like that but that is about it.
Monday was my last day of training. I may go in tomorrow and do some very light stuff to see how easy I can get a pump, which will tell me how full I am feeling. As far as drugs, personally I think you can drop most of that but no point now - if you like the way you look now, don't change anything. I've never used t3 but I am guessing it will interfere with the carb-up. Maybe drop the clen too since you aren't realyl trying to lose more fat int he last few days and want to make sure you can fill up your glycogen stores.
As far as water intake is concerned, I will start just taking sips of water on Friday night and maybe use a diuretic starting Friday morning. Lots of options there from caffeine, OTC supps, lasix, etc. Not sure what youa re trying but depending on potency just be sure not to overdo it and risk coming in flat - that is what I am trying to avoid.
