5'6/141lbs (today) I want to get cut and build up some but not become big....kinda like Bruce Lee if you know what I mean.
Can you recommend what the hell I should be eating.
Here was my diet today:
GNC Whey Choc. Shake
Banana
Regular Oatmeal
Apple
Chicken Breast 8OZ
1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
Diet Coke
Small Salad
Turkey Breast 3 slices
Salad Dressing No Fat Low Carb variety
GNC Whey Choc. Shake
Cranberry Grape 1 Cup
Chicken Breast 6OZ
1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
Spinach/Broccoli
Diet Pepper
GNC Whey Choc. Shake
100 OZ of water over the day.
I've taken your advice and have gone the HIT route when training and I like it - thanks.
