Mr x and all other experts of fat loss

i just started keto,seeing results already down to 154:) i was 170 3weeks ago,but first 2weeks i did highprotein/moderate carbs/low fat switch to keto with the help of some cool people on the boards and starting to feel great:)
 
Need help with cutting diet

I weigh 170 and I am looking for a simple plan to follow
I got lifting and cardio in check but the diet is whats really hard for me.

I will eat chicken, canned tuna, slice turkey breast, and whey protein as my sources of protein

as far as fat and carbs go I am not picky

It needs to be simple and easy to be put together to take along with me.

As far as drinking beverages should I stay away from fruit juices?

I would appreciatte someones help! thanks!

Try a: 50/30/20 (protein/carb/fat ----%)
Your (basal-metabolic-rate)BMR=weight x 12
that is the amount of calories you need a day to maintain body weight...(from your BMR come the protein/carb/fat %)....at first you can just take subtract 5% from your BMR and see how you feel.

No, fruit juice is full of sugar, so don't drink it.

Carb sources: oatmeal, brown-rice, yams, sweet potatoes, vegetebles, (beans if you like beans)
