hello i ordered a kit on 5/28/02 and still have not seen it?sent them an e-mail and they dont respond anybody else had problems?i ordered before and recieved my order in 3 days any ideas whats wrong?

He's kind of slow right now. I ordered a kit about 2.5 weeks ago, took a week and a half to arrive. I then ordered an extra filter, it only took a couple days to arrive. He was sick for a while i think, so He might be backed up still. It will come though, he runs a good business.

I had a couple kits running late, i emailed him and the problem is with whatman syringe filters. they are behind so he overnighted me my kits with a ton of shittier filters. he responded next day and i had my order the third day. he was cool about taking care of it, but the replacement filters suck.

I ordered from him on 5/26, a Sunday, it was postmarked on 5/31 and received it today, 6/3.
Given the Holiday, this was only 5 business days. Plus he initially sent an email that he was just slightly behind.

I am pleased with the service, although I must add that I am beginning to think ProteinFactory service sucks.....they get worse and worse with every order. It took me 2+ weeks on this last order.

He is a straight up guy and always comes through. He got a lot of new business sent his way when I posted a thread on his prduct and service as did others. He by far is much easier to communicate with than others and has better prices.

I'm sure Mr. T is good, but really Synthol Direct has everyone beat. I don't think anyone here would say that they have ever had a problem getting their kit on time. I have used them several times and always had good results. Just an opinion.

Bump for updates. How long does it usually take from him.

I've recieved twice from him in the last two weeks. The first time was within 2 days of my order and the second was within 3. The second time he sent 2 of the "shittier" filters for every filter I ordered though. I live in the same state as him so delivery goes a little faster though.
