Im doing about 1/2 to 1 hour of cardio a day (low Impact) to burn bodyfat. Is it worth investing in an MP3 player and how easy is it to find places to download music or transfer over from CD's on your computer? Or should I just stick with a basic CD player and lug it around from treadmill to bike to stepper?
