What do you guys do prior to the gym to get motivated.

You ever watch some of the youtube videos like Bodybuilding a lifestyle.
Link:
YouTube - Bodybuilding: The Lifestyle

If I am not allowed to post links please let me know and i will edit.

Basically this thread is to post anything that gets you amped and ready to kill it at the gym

my motivation is

7 amp02, 3 lipo, 2 cyclo-tren, one apple, and the radio blasting some up-beat music all the way to the gym. if you aren't motivated and in the mood after that..............you never will be.

i love going to the gym in the 1st place... i live in a tiny ass town.. bout 14k people. its an engineering school so theres not really alot of shit to do within 1 hour drive of me.. so the gym is really one of the highlights of the day *sad i know* but i feel this will be a great benefit later on in life because i wont see the gym as chore to do or somthign negative but somthign enjoyable and fun.. that and hardcore music gets me amped to throw some weight around..
or to get inspired to get big a good rocky movie always keeps me motivated

I was going to do a post up on motivation but didnt know which section was the right one so here it goes, It took me 3 years to figure out the only fuel for motivation and or positive progress physically is un-cut hatred in the raw form. Im not talking about just dislike or agitated im talking completely disgusted. I ask the bar (in my head of course, im not that psycho heh) Why it has caused me pain/problems even tho the weights have always had my back. Basically put all your frustration into the weights and cardio and never ever give up. Keep repeating 1 day over and in soon time that 1 day will be many. On some chinese ish one step to 1000 mile journey you get the jist. kill that shitttttttttt! peace

I am motivated by constant progression. Every weight increase on the bar, every extra meal I force into my body, and every pound I gain on the scale. Some days it is hard but those days are few and far between. In the words of Jamie Jasta... "LIVE FOR THIS.... If you don't live for something you'll die for nothing"

i am highly motivated usually in the gym but
i have a training partner who has won numerous trophies in the INBF and preps me for my NPC shows that gets me amped up even more.
he's the guy that pushes me through that last set and rep when i dnt think i can go any further.
or he's the guy the gives me an inspiring pep talk to help me complete my set.
he probably is the best trainer, training partner, natural bodybuilder, and nutritionist i know

Hatebreed! So sick bro

I look at my self in the mirror and tell my self that I'm uncapable of doing that amount of weight. Or I cant do that many reps with that weight.
