usually i can just motivate myself. but if i can't one thing that always got me really fired up was the clip in raging bull when jake lamotta comes back and they play the italian opera music when he keeps KOing everyone. I get chills down my spine when i watch it. The dude is on the top of the world right there. heres the clip, but its only good until 1:52
