In March of 2003, I got really motiviated to get in shape and lose weight. My weight at that time was 260lbs. By the end of June 2003, I lost about 60 - 65lbs. Since that time I have been just maintaining the weight of 195lbs. I'm starting to lose motivation to continue with lifting weights and doing cardio. Can someone please give advice or make comments on what I can do to stay motiviated? ANY AND ALL HELP WELCOMED!!
