I haven't been training consistantly since I began school (new University, new gym...sucks more than my last one). My training consisted of 1 week on and 1 week off...never trained 2 weeks in a row. My lifts all went down...I'm sure a lot of this can be attributed to a new environment & new workload stress but in any case it's very disapointing...I would rather not quit lifting. Any tips?
