Most u can gain from a 10 wk. Test E only cycle.? I've alwasy stacked with Deca or EQ.. But this time i wanna go one.. maybe 500/wk.. what u guys think.? thanks
 
all said and done ...IF and only IF you train right, eat right and sleep right, and you don't have shitty genetics, you should put on 15-20 lbs of keepable lean body mass

i've seen some guys put on only 5, and some 30 though
 
Depends on your diet, training and recovery.

How much food can you cram down your piehole? :)

I would say 40 pounds is possible for someone with fantastic genetics.

Otherwise, 30lbs?

Thx.. . Im looking to get 15 keepable .. hopefully.. Never tired test e.. always done test c.. btu i wanted to see how the test e is.. heard its the same..

ive never used human grade top notch stuff but with my ug lab id say 10-12lbs

u can shove ur face full and gain more weight but who knows how lean it will be ya know>?

actually i mis read your question.....i was under the impression for some reason this was your first cycle.....yes you are correct, you'll be lucky to gain 10 lbs if this is your 2nd or 3rd cycle......definitely won't gain 20-30
 
Along with proper diet, training, and rest....and an anti E (A-dex) about 10-15 lean lbs is very possible.
 
There is no way you will gain 15 pounds of muscle in 10 weeks. It ain't going to happen. That is a very unrealistic goal. Maybe 5 no way 15.
 
You'll go up 20 and keep 10 at best bro - still a fucking huge gain considering you can do it 3x a year...

U gain the most on ur first cycle Im guessing from ur response.. I didnt know that.. Yeha my first cycle a few years ago i gained lots....

id run the proviron at 50mg ed the entire cycle...
id waid to see if you need the a-dex, if you bloat up, run it through... :coffee:
 
if its a first cycle you can gain a stupendous amount. ive personally seen little guys with 3-4 years experience keep 15-16lbs on a first cycle of test

its a "how long is a piece of string" question

You'll have done very well if you gain 7-8 pounds of LBM. Ronnie Coleman averaged 9 pounds a year throughout his career. You're not using anywhere near what he uses.

If you take 10 weeks for the cycle, another two for blood levels to drop and another 3-5 for pct you're looking at 15-17 weeks. Double that for time off and at 30-34 weeks even two won't squeeze into a year.

To get three per year in, you'd have to go back on almost straight after pct.
 
depends on how you eat, train, sleep...

some people have said you can only get 5-10 pounds of muscle, i have seen friends and myself get more then that. 15-20...
 
no matter how much u put it a lot will be water thats a fact unless u take an anti, my first cycle i ran sust nile's at 250mg for 8 weeks put on 20 pounds, kept 12-13ish, goodluck bro
 
I gained 30 pounds on my First 12 week of test enan, alot of water weight,, I wrapped up with 3 weeks of winny.. , but I had been eating shitty before that, my arms were 14 inch at start,, and 17 after,., I remember, no one believed me when I posted my results.. but I had gotten a good trainer who told me where my workout program and Diet plan needs improvement..
 
anit-e's... I dont have much fat onb me at all.. It might sound wierd.. but i kinda want a bit off water retention.. Can i start my anti-e at week 3/4 insted of rite away .. ????

some like water retention for strength....and a bit of size in a shirt......i know some guys that don't run anti e's unless their water retention gets out of control or they get gyno symptoms.....hell i did many many cycles before there were any anti e's.....all we had was nolvadex and clomid

Yo thanks man.. I think i wanna skip the anti-e till the end then.. got Nolva on had incase any gyno..
 
5-8 lbs imo, 15lbs is asking alot for keepable gains. Remember, most of the weight will be water. 10-15 lbs of keepable gains is GH gains.
