Most Hated Exercise?

What exercise do you absolutely hate doing? Probably going to get a lot of dead lifts and squats as answers, those are obvious

i hate upright rows and reverse crunches:(

Your not going to believe this........... for me its Curls...... I just despise them...never liked them at all....I can't stand working biceps..

Upright rows are right up there for me, awkward as hell. My two absolute worst are Arnold Presses and bent rows.

FINALLY! Someone else!

gotta toss in my vote w/ the curls also... maybe bi's are a drag cause all you really do for bi's is curl... other musclesseem to have many other options and various planes of movement.

hardgainer... could you describe those rope pull-ups? pull-ups, as in for back, on a rope? sorry... having a low carb, blonde moment

Mill press. Hate it. I have curved shoulders (whatever that was called) its not much to notice until I press. Just the wrong movement for me, I would almost have to press up and out at about 8 degrees to make it match my bone structure. Now I know why my mother told me to stand straight - didn't listen enough :(

L-Flyes or rotator cuff exercises

They are boring and I cant wait to get into my workout

I do them before every workout

Boring, but extremely important

I enjoy everything else

curls aswell, damn I'm surprised how many people dispise them always thought it was a rarity to hate em.

Good answer about all you do is curl mabe that is why they suck little variety.

curls curls curls

i have always hated these.......... (gladi im not the only one)....
they have never really interested me

cardio sucks as well.

as for the guy who said rope pull ups............. grab a triangle bar like used for seated cable rows........... and throw it over the bar.. ............ eliminates all the twisting

Seated dumbbell presses - if you train alone, it's just a pain in the butt swinging the dumbbells into position. Love BB military presses, though. And the standing calf machine - never found one with pads that don't leave red welts on my shoulders.

Interesting to see how many people are saying "curls" - I'd never have expected that.
