most essential while on cycles...

what do you guys think are the 3 best supplements to take while on a massing cycle...(my cycle is gonna be sus250 (10wks) 500mg/wk---and dbol (5wks) 50mg

the 3 supplements that are most essential in my book are multivitamin, essential fatty acids, and protein.

Maybe a liver protector with the dbol. In my opinion, the most importatnt thing to consider is REAL FOOD. Save some money and get some venison or other lean game as a treat. Most supplements are only marginally usefull.

can soemone show me a supp online or at GNC that is an essential fatty acid...or what foods contain em...cuz im at school so its hard to get all my nutrition from real foods...

Flax seed oil, Peanuts, Fish contain are some foods/supps essential fatty acids..

YUM

IMO, figuring the most important supps is dependant on diet. You don't really NEED a protein supplement if your diet is providing all you need. However, a quality protein supplement has several advantages including ease of use and rapid absorbtion. Vitamins and minerals are incredibly hard to stay on top of with typical grocery store food. A high quality vitamin and mineral supplement is paramount to quality nutrition. If I had to choose one amino acid to take, glutamine would be it, but here again, if your diet and/or protein supplement is providing all the glutimine you will use, you do not need the extra supplement. Finaly, omega-3 oil is very helpfull, especially considering an athlete engaged in a low fat diet.

The most important 3? Quality training, quality eating, and quality recovery.

multivitamins (can be all covered by drinking a meal replacement drink or two), some kind of liver detox (ALA, milk thistle, liv-52), food

Multivitamins (GNC MegaMens is good)
Udo Choice Essential Oils
Protein
and if u don't count protein, Creatine is always good too

multivitamins (can be all covered by drinking a meal replacement drink or two)
This is a good idea but you have to be carefull here. Many vitamins and minerals put into some foods, and even some multi-vitamin supplements, have inferior, or even biologicaly worthless forms of a given mineral(s) or vitamin(s).

Sure. I have a whole list of 'em that I've loaned out but two that I can think of off my head are magnesium oxide and zinc oxide. They are very commonly used. Throw 15mg/serving of zinc oxide into a product and you can put 100% RDA on the lable. However, it's near worthless in your body. the aspirates, alpha ketoglutarates, and "amino acid chelates" are usualy very good forms to see a given ingredient.

1. Food
2. Water
3. Sleep

The next three:

4. Protein Powder
5. Multivitamin
6. Glutamine

Then, if you want:

7: Creatine
8. Liver Detox
9. Fatty Acids
