Most Anabolic Supplement?

Whats up guys? Just curious.. What do you guys think is the best anabolic supplement available? I tried Leukic(muscletech) once and it seemed pretty good. Have you guys found something really good? Thanks

Nothing is technically anabolic in that it will grow muscle beyond what the body is capable of. (Only drugs will do that).

Supps can only make the most of what you already have.

In that case, I can honestly say that the UNLEASHED/BIG BLAST stack will, without a doubt, provide better gains than anything else out on the market. Guaranteed.

i wouldnt think one supplement in particular would be more anabolic than another...combining several different supps would provide the best overall benefit. (example: amino acids, glutamine, protein, creatine, preworkout supp, etc. would all benefit you better than one supp that is claimed to be "groundbreaking")

In general I agree with that. But some are better than others. And considering a limited budget, you'd get more bang for your buck from, let's say, $100 worth of creatine than $100 worth of glutamine.

And BIG BLAST IS a combination of supps so I guess I cheated a little there. :)

but what about the people that have almost no reaction/benefiet from taking creatine... it does absolutely nothing for me... maybe because i eat a ton of red meat that contains creatine in it... so i notice no effect in supplementing it...
...after all ...isnt that what a supplement is... somthing we add to our regular diet to make up for what we need... so one person may benefeit more from other supplements than others will... i personaly would take the glutamine... but thats just me... im sure there are many people out there that can add #'s to their lifts off of a creatine cycle... no me though...
the answer to this question is realy going to vary from person to person... depending on genetics and diet... etc...
