"Mosque is more important than school"

"Mosque is more important than school"

This is what a 12 year old kid told me at school this week.

The boy in question is a muslim who is always creating havoc. His excuse for not doing after school detentions is that he goes to mosque every night and that is far more important than school. The fact that the Qu'ran says that teachers should be treated with the utmost respect is totally lost on this boy (and many of the other kids). As is the fact that without decent qualifications he wont get a job, therefore wont be seen as somebody worth marrying your daughter of too but will be seen as a scrounging little shit for the whole of his life. I bet his parents are real proud of him........

Oh and this sort of comment is quite common in my school....... sad but true.

See this would be an ideal answer if the governemnt hadnt decided that our school hands out too many suspensions.........hence you only get suspended for mass murder or equivalent crimes.

What I didn mention is that I have accomplished the undoable with this kid........I made him cry!! Seems he couldnt figure out that a 110lb boy has no chance of pushing his way through a 235lb powerlifting teacher :) Once he realised that his bullshit wont work with me he broke down........dumbass. His Head of Year found it highly funny and he hasn't fucked with me since.

jsut give him suspensions for not going to detnetion thats bull, any religion can say that

when he misbehaves, make him do a few minutes of wall-sits followed by pushups and running.

Oh see that would not be working with the liberal spirit of the school........the acceptable approach is to let him get away with it because he will think about it and feel really really guilty.

what would happen if you did it anyway?

in america, it is next to impossible to fire a tenured teacher. are teachers' unions as over there as they are here?

The first time you would be put straight by a senior member of staff. The second time it would go on your records but it would be tough to fire you immediately. However, over here you have to have a clean record (even somebody implying that you behave inappropriately towards kids can give you a dirty record) so the school could push for dismissal.

trust me he will end up getting married to someone....they always do. Chances are he will get thrust into a family business somewhere and leech of them, and then gets an arranged marriage to a girl who's not exactly the pious type herself, or doesnt fit the lofty criteria of his family

i doubt he truly believes that anyway....supposedly religious peole seem to have a selective memory anyhow. even using god as an excuse for not repenting you crimes is i'm sure a sin, yet he is using a holy requirement as an excuse. not to mention his disrespect of the teahcer that put him there. getting your sins absolved isnt an excuse

if they had half a brain at the mosque they would come to the school, ask for the names of the worst trouble makers and then publically ridicule them infront of the community, and force them to integrate through their collective shame while making an example of the others. it sounds sharia like to me as well....almost an eye for an eye.

guarantee it will never happen

Re: Re: "Mosque is more important than school"

Our area is full of underachieving males who are unmarried as they are seen as poor choices. These people tend to get sent back to Pakistan pretty quckly if they cant integrate well.

Your point about the mosque is a good one. However, in the city that I live they are the source of the problem. The leaders here have a strange interpretation of the Qu'ran......this is stated opely by nationally rcognised muslim leaders. The kids are basically taught that faith is the important thing and that all sins will be forgiven.......so saying prayers several times a day is a necessity but reasonable behaviour is not. Makes life interesting anyhow :)

im glad they get sent back to pakistan....i can imagine indian soldiers invading and getting met by these punks. it actually makes me happy these idiots can;t procreate here :)

im amazed the national muslim council isnt doing more against these leaders.....i wonder what will happen when something more sinister is done by one of these kids

what

Imnotdutch

Now his just some punk-kid with an attitutde yeah. But consider theres hundreds like him, hundreds of punk-muslims kids and thousands of them.

Now imagine we go forward 20 years. Jobs is hard to find he bro? I.e. all the jobs is over in India/Chinese.

What are these punk-kids gonna do when there 20 something?

Then youse got the problem bro, then youse got the BIG problem. Muslims got to stop pretending their systems is so great. If it is then why are 90% of them trying to get into USA? For sure!

Re: what

You should consider looking into the BNP and supporting their candidates for political office.

You do have choices and things don't have to be the way they are.

Didn't many British-born Pakistanis fight in Afghanistan on the side of the Taliban?

Weren't those two suicide bombers in Tel-Aviv British Pakistanis?

You sure?

From: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/1625115.stm

"Community leader Akbar Khan, who runs Building Bridges, an anti-racist group in Luton, confirmed that two young British men died in Afghanistan and said growing numbers of Muslims had been joining up to fight.

"There's a lot of unhappiness among Muslims in Luton and the rest of the country about the attitude of the West," he said.

The BBC's Barnie Choudhury said Luton was not seen as "a hotbed of Muslim fundamentalism".

But he said there were growing reports of many young Muslim men "going missing" "

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: "Mosque is more important than school"

A few did go........the word I have issue with is 'many'. I live in a city that is over 60% Pakistani. If many had gone it would have been noticed here.
