When I went thru basic military training for thr USAF, they would make us to PC before breakfast. I went in weighing 175 and out 165. Alot of muscle mass was lost. Id say about 5lb or more.
Nowa days i only do cardio immediately after weights. It takes the first 20min of excersize to start dipping into fat stores. By the time you hit the elliptical, your heart rate will be at optimal levels, and be burning fat from the start.
Good thing you agree with me...cuz I'm always right! LOL. Not really, but I am definitely right on this one.
I could care less what all you guys do...but AM cardio is not a good thing to do when your goal is to preserve muscle. Like the rest of the guys...I'm not gonna argue it anymore. I'm out.
