1st time user of steroids. I'm in my 5th week of my 10 week cycle of Sus 250. I'm taking one protein mix about two or three times a week after i workout, 189 creatine amd a preworkout. I'm 27 180lbs and not seeing the rip and muscle gains I thought I would get. Please advise!

My guess is that you have no clue how to train with any serious intensity or mind/muscle connection, no idea how to eat properly(because you think your protein mix is enough).... and I'd bet the farm you had ZERO base before starting.

I see guys like this every single day in my gym.

How you look starts in the kitchen, what you're taking is just icing on the cake.

This is my diet as if last week. Breakfast maybe some fried eggs and oatmeal. Only skinless chicken breast and salmon no startches very few carbs if any no sugars or foods that turn into sugar and only water besides my coffee in the morning and and green tea aand on freshly juiced veggies in the evening. Am I in track to see fast and impressive results yet? Anybody in the Dallas Texas region??

MAYBE fried eggs and oatmeal? Either you eat that or you don't...

Protein mix 2-3 times a week? Should be after EVERY workout...

You really should have got your diet in order before jumping on the so called "quick fix". Roids are not the answer if you do not know how to eat and train right.

did u just start eating 'good' ? do you stick to your diet once or twice a week?

fried eggs???? look i understand you live in the south (i do too) and people in the south have the shittiest diets in the world (just watch honey boo boo) but eggs should never be fried nor should any food. you are burning away all the nutrients when you fry food. and I don't even want to know what kind of oil/butter you are using to fry. that is a killer everyday.

just taking steroids isn't gonna rip you up and make you into an IFBB bodybuilder. it takes years of training and learning what works for you and combining a strict lifestyle to it .. sorry whoever misled you into thinking otherwise.. if you aren't able to 'rip up' as you put it off of steroids then you have no prayer on them either since they typically increase appetite and sustanon aromatizes bigtime so you will be retaining a ton of water.

what kind of ancillaries are you running with it? whats your pct look like?

No carbs and you call that eating well ?!?! you need carbs to build muscle. you need to do some more research on a complete diet.

Kanemane, anabolics don't just make you "ripped" like you think they do. You need to first establish a good base (preferably maximum genetic potential) and have a very well thought out diet before pursuing this type of enhancement. Whoever got you started at the current position you are in should be ashamed of themselves.

I admit I'm a rookie that's why I'm on here asking questions. Can anyone recommend some books/blueprints I can use?? My goal is to lose body fat down to at least 7 or 8% I'm at like 15%. And gain about 10lbs of muscle. I'm 27, 180lbs, 5/10"

Your not going to lose 8% body fat and gain 10 lb of muscle. Its not going to happen because you obviously have zero experience or base. I shudder to think of what your PCT will be.
You need to learn how to train properly and make gains without drugs. You need to learn how to eat for your goals. Not rely on some protein supplement. You dont need supplements you need food. Without being overly insulting I assume you thought you would get some roids and they would be magic and do all the work for you? Am I close?
This is a major commitment. Its not something you can half ass. You can tell by looking at most people who dose things half assed.

Bro not to sound like a dick but I would guess you have no idea what body fat percentage you are at. Do you have any idea how hard it is to walk around in single digit body fat? Or how skinny you will look if you don't have a great base?

This is a disaster man.... That diet.... I mean, this takes work bro, that sust isn't magic beans or something... Its 9am here and I've already eaten four times, by the time I go to bed I'll have a least ten meals packed with clean food ie salads veg lean meats and supplementing with vitamin c fish oil and about two litres of green tea and two litres of water... If your grocery bill is less than $150 then you aren't eating enough to justify taking steroids....

And yes I did just start eating good I still slip up and eat crappy snacks time to time but working on ridding that addiction...

Here's a few basic diet tips that you have to nail first, and should have done so before even considering a cycle.

1. Work out maintenance (BMR x Activity factor is a good estimate)
2. Add 10-20% surplus to gain weight
3. Consume at least 1g/lb protein & 0.4-0.5g/lb fat
4. Fill remaining calories primarily with carbs.
5. Try get 13-15g of fibre per 1,000kcal consumed.

- Meal frequency does not matter
- You don't need to consume any protein shakes
