raw: 45x8, 135x5
6 board: 225x3, 275x3, 315x3, 365x1, 405x1 (15 lb PR),
420x0, 420x1 (20 lb PR), 425x1, 435x1, 450x1
(60 lb PR!!!!)
5 board: 275x3, 315x2, 365x1, 385x1 (15 lb PR), 405x1
(35 lb PR!!)
4 board: 275x3, 315x1, 350x1 (5 lb PR), 385x1 (40 lb PR!!),
405x0
plate raises: 35x10, 45x10 (these are MUCH easier)

total workout lasted almost 2 hours. it's fucking scary how i can make 40-60 lb PRs after 1 week. i will be lifting in the 242 class in my meet in june

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he's like 18...so maybe it's just time for his natural test to kick in. I don't suppose I can hope for that at 28 :( Guess I'll have to kick it up by other means :D

i make sacrifices though; things that could be fun. i dont go out and party and drink, don't go anywhere where i wouldnt be able to eat for 5-6 hours, etc.

it's all about priorities though
 
yes i too wish i had found this board much earlier in my lifting career, but im talking like an old man im only 19 so there is hope for hugeness

Seriously, its good that you've got priorities now jeremys. I was the same way in high school about fighting. While everyone else was cutting school to go get fucked up, I actually cut school to go train:) .

i wonder what the world record bench for a 15 year old is...anyone know?
 
err, probably that, thats fuckin insane for a 15 year old. my 18 year old has a max of 425 on flat bench, i think it was the state record for his age cuz he did it when he was 17, but i live in ak so there arent that many hardcore lifters, im considered a hardcore lifter and my max bench is 225. people up here are just lazy alcoholics.

josh ward did 501 @ 14 y/o

there's a lot of lightweights benching mid-350s at 16-17 y/o raw

i plan to be the youngest person to bench 600..should be about 2 years i'm thinking
 
good luck with that jeremy. How far along are you now? I remember you were 250 like two months ago.

Yeah, some guy at my high school was benching 470, at 18 years old. He was jucin, but still.

i'm guessing my raw bench is only about 300-315 now. my shirted max is probably at least 70 lbs higher, but i won't know for sure until i actually get my shirt

thanks guys.

i'm doing metal militia-type workouts. probably not a good idea to do if you're a 3 lift guy/girl.
