Well like yourself I've been down the same road myself. Many times actually. In my experience there's no need to kill a fly with a sledgehammer when a flyswatter will do. At any rate if JH1 has not recriprocated his disgust with Ali's recent actions, it makes sense to me that she would keep trying to win him back (espicially since they have broken up so many times before and he's taken her back), whether it be little voice/text messages, presents or other bullshit. I've actually done it mysef to win an ex that I wanted back. She was with some stupid fuck at the time, but I was persistant, gave her gifts, and basically tried everything in my power to get her back. Well in the end it worked. Had she told me to fuck off or else she'd get a restrianing order, well obviously I'd of been outta there.

I disagree, restraining order is what he needs to do. Will she flip, yes, but then its in the laws hands.

I appreciate everyone's advice... but....

I can't get a restraining order based on what I have right now. All I have is emails, and text messages that don't say much but that she loves and wants me back....

I can't even prove she sent the emails, and I would have to subpeona to get proof about the text messages. The lawyers tell me it would be hard to do... It would / will be different if she shows up in person after I have told her to take a hike...

That's what I have to wait for, it sucks.. but it is life.
