as i was researching about HGH i came across a jintropin kit but i wanted help identifying what means what lol

one was 50ui 5 vail + water
the other was 100ui 10 vial (no water)

i know the ui is what people take ED or EOD e.g 2-3 ui ED

but whats the water all about ?

and the 5 vail or the 10 vail
