Ok I have gotten my diet into shape and I'm going to start my first cycle. Ten weeks of 250mg test cyp and arimidex as needed for water retaning. For that dose what do you reconmend for PCT and how long? My stats 5'8", 168lb, 32years old, 9% bf. working out for ten years my diet over the past two months is 6500 calories and 250g protien. I work out 6 days a week a different muscle group every day for 45min to 1 hour. How is this for my first cycle? Do you have any recomendations?
 
There is no way you're eating 6500 calories a day, and at 9 percent body fat, unless you have the genetics of a Greek god.
 
There is no way in hell that you're eating 6500 calories a day, and only taking in 250g of protein. Something is SERIOUSLY off here.
 
10 weeks of 250mg Test cyp and arimidex as needed. PCT- HCG and clomid starting week 12 for 4 weeks? Sunday is my day off so I was thinking of starting on a sun am. I work out Monday-Saturday in the AM.
When I start do I need to eat more? Do I need work out more? How is my PCT? I have been told that 250mg a week will not work very good but I want to get my feet wet first before I swim....
 
250ml a week on a 1st cycle is good. Cyp is also a lovely ester to go with, it does not hurt when inject. Be sure to split you injections to twice a week ... Mon and Thu usually work good, so 125mmg Mon and again on Thu. The A-dex is good to have. What dosages to you intend to run your hcg and clomid at?
