What is it with fuckwits who only train one body part there whole life?
Here they are in no particular order:
1. Chest - Bench Press, 3 sets of about 3 reps with 220lbs on the bar, twice a week every week, obviously not on anykind of diet, no change, always look normal. Stand around hogging the equipment talking shit.
2. Biceps - Big weight low reps, spends about an hour on this, I complete a full workout and go home, they are still there grinding out 1 rep preacher curls with 30mins rest in between each rep. What gives? Have they ever heard of tris?
Thats it, they look at me and try and figure out how I curl a lower weight yet my arms are twice the size, I can see them looking all defeatist, ever heard of triceps, hello?
They make me laugh, then theres the hardcore evil raging psychopaths who are 250lbs pure muscle that lift about six hundred times more weight than me, warm up with more weight than I work with and probably write the same shit about me on another board (or even this one)...heheheh.
