Alright guys im done with the dbol as of today. Currently on 600mg S.ust and 400mg e.q. should i up to 600mg e.q or add in some n.p.p and if you think n.p.p. how much a week?

i am finishing up a cycle or both of them

buy another 10ml eq so you can bump it to 600mg ew- HUGE difference

EQ is like cheap primo, its amazing on your body

Hop on 300mg NPP ew ( cheap and economical) and you will see great gains
run it 1-6 thats 3shots a week from a 20ml bottle 6.6 weeks total :)

You think the strength gains from t.ren will kick in by dec. 8 if i start it today. i have tren ace 100 and im thinkin about doing another strongman comp on the 8th if not ill just break the DL record. ;)

Yes it would. Remember anything that leaves the body fast affects the body fast (i.e. suspension). But i feel your on a good amount of stuff already.
 
tren and deca is godsent, but it can backfire! make sure you have all your ancillaries....


yes bro you will be a lot stronger if you start running the tren 4-5x ew

add 100mg tren to all of your injection days u listed before ^^^

you can get away with M W F if you HAVE to, but i would shoot 200mg M W F

but thatsz a lot of tren bro and people will say its overkill ( yes it is) lol.

Pick up some halos and youll be rolin!
 
lol i wish i got some halos earlier but i wont have enough time to get it here sadly. I was thinking either the n.p.p or the tre.n. which would be better for strength?

bump the tren the week before your meet to like 600mg ew and you will put on a shit load of strength

make sure you dont let your tissues get too dry!!! fish oil and water!!!

I love how they work together. One needs lots of cals other makes you hungry. :)
 
deca being cal depending is REALLY an understatement

I didnt see any gains until I modified my diet to HEAVY HEAVY CARBS on my highcal days

what's your DIET look like? I don't need a breakdown of what you eat every day (as I'm assuming you eat fairly clean hopefully), but more importantly how many grams of protein daily? You can tell me fat and carbs too if you know.
 
kinda torn between that and the n.p.p the weights for the strongman comp are kinda high, id really only enter if i know most of the lightweight will be guys that cant lift worth a shit. If not im gonna break that deadlift record either way.
 
Not too sure ceo havent calculated my diet for a bit but cals are around 5k and protein is 2g per lb of bodyweight. Dont really keep track of fats or carbs but i can assure you diets taken care of.

I have many competetive and profession PL friends

and I dont think ive sen one of them ever try to break down their diet into macronutrients LOL!!!!

as long as he is getting enough clean cal and eating 1-3 foods from the pyramid ED he is good to go, aesthetics arent important for a PL

if you disagree with me, ASK AL, im sure he will break it down a lot more blunt than I do.

where was a diet q addressed anyways
 
LOL im kinda torn between both but it really doesnt matter for my bodytype. most of my meals are real clean like plain chicken breast or steak with plain rice and green beans stuff like that. I can eat what ever i want and dont gain fat really.
 
lol everyone hates me bro. ill be a strongman for a week then a power lifter then say im gonna do a bodybuilding show then jump back to strongman for another few weeks. all the big guys keep telling me to do power shit and the bbers tell me i have to good of aesthetics to ruin them with pl.

perfect. 2gr/lb is what I would recommend anyway.

I don't keep track of fats or carbs either. I just eat protein, then veggies, then carbs as filler and pre/post w/o. If I feel I am very carb deficient at some time during the day(headache), I eat some carbs (like a tblsp of honey and some rice). I get my good fats - fish oil, olive/grapeseed oil...and all's well.

holy, I guess you were wrong about the macronutrient bashing. All I really cared about was the protein, and b_light apparently makes sure he gets 2grams/lb. bodyweight of protein (I guess he "tracks" it to some degree). It's just as important for PL's as BB'ers - protein especially.

no worries broly. Sometimes my humor is sarcastic and dry witted (or half-witted, depending on whom you ask ;) ).

But, really I was mainly wondering about his protein intake. Too often I see guys on here wanting to add compounds and up their doses only to find out they're not eating enough - especially protein!

We probably are similar...only I'm better looking. :p

What the fuck is a marconutrient breakdown?

Is that like taking the lettuce off your cheese burger? If so I usually do it.

I find eating 12 almods exactly 17 minutes post workout to be the most optimal for serious muslce gains - ripped LBM mind you. I have tried 13 almonds and even 11 almonds, but I feel 12 is always best. As far as timing goes we all know 17 minutes is ideal.

Just make sure you don't get any more than 100 grams of protein a day. I know you don't actually count grams of protein or even pay attention to silly things like that or if you even eat protein at all during the day...but you know that 0.52199183667436388 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight is really ideal for optimum hypertrophy and strength gains.

So, no more than about 3-4 McDonald's Quarter Pounders a day bro. Unless you throw out the meat!

why are you adding stuff in anyway? are you not satisfied with your gains or something?....hard to believe especially after the Dianabol - methandrostenolone - kickstart.

anyway, with much respect to holy ghost and everyone here, I don't think that you should change anything. I would stick to the original game plan and continue the Sustanon and Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - at 600mg/400mg respectively. when you start adding shit in and changing stuff constantly you'll start to get carried away and add in more than you need.

you said that you know that diet is more important than actual gear, and i'm glad you know that. bro, you have an AWESOME body with great aesthetics....whatever you end up doing, you'll be great at it.

I'm a minimalist...which is by far better than being an extremist. Not only is it lighter on your wallet, but you won't end up at 3 Gs of test 4 cycles in.....or on trt/hrt for the rest of your life (if that's not something you want). if you're not satisfied with your gains at the end of your cycle, feel free to extend your cycle with the same compounds and same doses. but other than that, i'd stick with what you got...it's simplicity will prove beneficial brother.

I am not a minimalist, but alcatraz is also right

needto had to remind me the hardway a couple times about the psycho cycles I run and about CHANGING them up during and last minute, Now I keep it the way i planned weeks/months for and everything works out 100% no stress.
 
Yeah im not gonna do any more bullshit. I had a reality check today and had to make some important decisions. The record breaking im gonna have to say fuck it, im starving myself to stay under 200 and its the dumbest fucking think i can be doing. So im just gonna focus on BBing over the winter and adding mass and see where i am in the summer. Fuck comps, fuck every one. Time to go back to basics, not worry about anything else except eating all the time, not worry about weight, stats, anything just pushing as hard as i can without getting injured.
 
I'm being stupid and trying to do to much to fast. 200lbs at 6ft is fucking shit. I just need to accept that its gonna take a while to get up to 260 which IMO would be a good competition weight for my height making me a middle weight.

Well said. Good decision. Never depend on drugs to look good. You can get HELP from drugs, that's different. Arnold didn't look perfect because he used grams of drugs per week. On the other hand, some stupid wrestlers think they are superman; later, they drop dead like flyies.
