on 500mg of Test and a 800 of EQ now and i can't fit my watch on and my face is fat as shit. I might as well be eating Krispy Kreme and drinking crisco cause that's how i feel. I'm already high bodyfat but i got no sides at 350 mg/test and 500 mg/EQ every week so i'm considering going back to that. Some vet on getbig.com manipulated me into doing it calling me a "fitness chick" for my dosages.. lol. I'm doing 4 squirts of AIFM now and i'm considering doing lasix. Any suggestions?
 
give the AIFM a few days..

and quit letting people pressure you into higher doses just because they think it's better for you -- you decide.
 
man i've been running AIFM for months. How many pumps can i go up to? I'm considering running some Arimidex at .5 mg ontop of that ED. What do yo u think? All this happened when i uped the dosage.
 
do u drink a lot of water? taking in a lot of sodium? carbs?

not all water retention is estrogen related
 
personally i wouldnt go any higher with the aifm but lower the test and eq to what they were when you didnt get sides. did you still see good results on lower doses? if so why change a good thing?

You really shouldnt be running a lot of test if you have high bf. Aromatase lives in adipose tissue, and if you have more fat, you have more aromatase, which means more estrogen and more estrogen related side effects as you're alluding to, and the cycle continues. If I were you, I'd just run test enan or cyp in an HRT dose (250 mg weekly) just for a libido bump, and structure your cycles around non-aromatizing compounds like tren/eq/deca/winstrol and the like. Also, and this should be a given, watch your diet. It's the most important factor in how you will look. I run test during the first 6-8 weeks of contest prep and I can tell you that even at 8% bf i still look bloated as hell. I'll have veins popping out of my calves, arms, chest, etc but have a bulging gut (and this is using test prop and aromasin). As soon as I wean off of the test the bloat is gone and I can get nice and dry. Again, this is common knowledge but often overlooked in those who are using steroids with high bf%.

yeah, this is beginning to make allot of sense to me! I will clean up my diet and reduce carbs but bottomline is Test will bloat you. 375/mg. per week was manageable. I'll go back down and maintain.
 
MF nailed it, make sure ur sodium intake is LOW, and drink plenty of water. If you are taking in a lot of carbs try and balance out with clucorell. Aromisin might help also, thats a pretty high dose of EQ, back it off some maybe? U must be eating like a madman!
 
obviously drinking a good amount of water is healthy...but can any1 give tell me how increasing water consumption decreases the amount of water you hold?

More water in = more water out (assuming sodium is low). Water follows sodium so if you're eating a good amount of salt the water follows into the interstitium and you'll be bloated.
 
Drink plenty of water, drink lot's of green tea, take a good anti e and YOHIMBURN. I don't care if it's the df or yes version, use it. Trust me on this.

Oh yeah! BIG TIME. I did a deca cycle a few years back that destroyed my face. Even when I did a strict diet, it was still all puffy. Yohimburn applied before cardio, before training and then again before bed fixed it. I still use it till this day to keep everything looking good and tight.

I wouldn't lie to you bro, the stuff works. Do a search, if a product works and I believe in it, I tell it like it is.

Go to af store and get a bottle. It will take a while to get used to the sting, but it will wake you up in the morning like nothing else. Sort of nice after a while.
 
If you have high BF%, then your bloat is more than likely due to diet. I'm not sure if I missed it...are you trying to lean up or bulk up?

If with high BF% and trying to bulk up, or sometimes just high BF%, it can be an insulin resistance/sensitivity issue. Try limiting sodium and increasing potassium some. Watch your high GI/Load foods. High carbs 'can' do this as well whether high GI or not. Increase your water intake to 1-2+ gallons per day. Add in a slight amount of cardio after every workout and try taking something like ALA (preferably r-ALA like Glucorell). Also, avoid sat/trans-fatty foods and sugary foods at the same meal.

Those doses shouldn't be giving you much hassle in regards to estrous bloat, especially not the Eq very much. The 4 squirts of AIFM should be covering the estrous-induced bloat.

I really think it is a diet issue though....
