im sure i wont be the only one to say this but DONT combine 2 methyl products that is unless you have something against your liver and are trying to get even with the SOB

Meh. If you take 2 caps each of both and a liver sup you will be fine. Lots of people are taking 4 caps of monsterdrol.

Monsterdrol and Cyclotren work great together.
Monsterdrol and Havoc are both very harsh on the liver, cyclotren, not so much as the other two.
You can mix cyclotren and monsterdrol for great dry gains and some freakish strength too

To bad Jam is out of the cyclotren.

Well I ordered monsterdrol and Havoc. Since both are coming I will do them in 2 different cycles.
How is Havoc on it's own? I'm thinking of doing it in a couple months and holding the mostrerdrol for spring while getting something else to stack with it.
what is a good cycle support that i can get at a health food store? And I'll be looking for a PCT also. Does anyone know where I can get it in Canada?

Havoc needs to be run @ 40-50 mg IMO. I ran it 30mg, and i needed more. I got results, but another 10mg or 20mg would have given better results. It depends on your weight and height too.
Monsterdrol can be run @ 20mg for good results. It is strong.
You'd be safe running 15mg monsterdrol and 30mg havoc. (3 of each). There's no harm in this. People run 60-80mg of dbol and such which is just as toxic as these two anyways. Just run liver supplements and cycle support like you should with any cycle and you'll be just fine. People are too paranoid about liver toxicity. Getting drunk on the weekends is way worse than oral steroids in reasonable doses for your liver.

Some OTC's are really good, and some are a total waste of money. A combination of traditional PCT drugs along with the good OTC products, you will have a great recovery.

Learn what PCT actually is, and learn all the aspects of recovery. Instead of saying "Well, this one guy on the internet told me to do this" go and find out what you need to do, figure some shit out on your own and then come ask more specific questions.
Increasing your level of understanding (which applies to everything in the world) will bring you so much further along than just playing tag-along. Increase your knowledge, expand your mind, and become knowledgable.
If you don't want to do that, you shouldn't be using drugs to alter your hormonal chemistry in the first place.
