Natasha is a five-year-old macaque monkey at the Safari Park near Tel Aviv in Israel. She's making headlines because she suddenly started walking like a human after recovering from a serious illness. She almost died of a severe stomach flu but suddenly stabilized, was released from the zoo's clinic and now walks exclusively on her hind legs. Monkeys usually alternate between upright walking and moving on all fours. A zoo vet says he's not sure why she has altered her behavior but says the illness could have caused brain damage. But other than that walking upright thing, Natasha's behavior has returned to normal. (CBC News)
