Its been a while since I've posted thought I'd update my progress. I'm really at a stand still right now, no real goals set but have managed to maintain most of my size while getting relatively low BF.

Thanks for the responses guys, I'm 6'1". The weird thing is that I've cut down about 15 lbs since February and people tell me that I look bigger. I think I'll hover here for a while but I can see a winter bulker in the future.

6'1 at 205 is awesome what is your BF% it cant be much about 8, if at all, so what the fuck are you trying to cut down to???
My goal is 215 at 6' so that is a good idea of about how big I want to get!!
and of course when you lower your BF people will think your getting bigger, cuz your muscles will show more!!

Looks great. It`s hard to be over 6ft (I`m 6ft3) and pull off looking big at that weight. You seem to have done it. Good job. Good shape as well. Nice front delts.
