Mondtster's transformation with PHs and SARMS.

Tonight ate 3 turkey and black bean tacos then later a bowl of 0 fat Greek yogurt with a scoop of protein. Lunch was ground turkey, black beans, and vegetables. Breakfast was junk....well not that bad.

This is breakfast and lunch for the weekend at work. Under the eggs is a cup of oats.

Ha awesome pic man. I need to get some big tray deals like that. I take like 5 tupperware containers and a couple yogurts w/ me to work everyday. I look a bum with shopping bags. the rest of employees hate my ass cuz i snake half a shelf in the main fridge.

Thanks. Same here. They pick on me asking if I just came from the grocery store and if I'm feeding everyone tonight and stuff like that. The section ones come in handy with meals with side like vegetables mad stuff. For breakfast though ill just pile it on top of each other.

Actually all the front Squats today were PRs. 295 felt light and think I could of got 2 reps easy. Really feel that ill break my max(315*1) on next round of 5/3/1. Was going to do a couple heavy sets of super squats to really finish it off but ran low on time....got called out to work tonight.
