Quads baby..
front squats 5x5
hack squats 4x6-8
GM's 2x5

prolly some abs rope crunches or something like that..

Boy...bring out the strength trainers!!!!! Sets of 5 and 3.........yeah boy............I got back w/ majority bis............
 
Rest day....tomorrow is pull day...surprised I haven't lost any strength after not being able to eat for 3 days(wisdom teeth removal)
 
I thought Monday was the universal chest day? haha

Today is an off day for me, but tommorow is chest and shoulders.
 
I got chest, shoulder, tris...will go something like this

Flat Bench: 5X5
Incline Bench: 3X8-10
Seated OH Press: 3X6-8
Close-grips: 3X6
Skullcrushers: 2X6-8

gonna' be tough...so tired
