That stuff is pretty good. I worked for a company that housed pretty much all of that. If it were me I would go for Seven in stead of the Mona. It has more fruit and the Mona does and a Higher antioxidant count as well. Either way that stuff is expenseve but does work. It's all based off the whole Xango shinanagins. I take 2ounces eod
