Matt's quote specifically applies to all religions. I just love how everyone in a white Christian country try and denigrate a religion simply because the beliefs, while remarkably similiar, differ from their own ever so slightly. I think all religion is a cancer, I just delight in pointing out the hypocrisy.

Something strange happened after September 11, 2001; instead of the world condemning radical Muslims, the entire world seems to be kissing their Westward-facing asses just so as not to appear to be persecuting them. I am not aware of a single prominent Muslim so-called leader denounce terrorism. Do you know why? Because they do NOT denounce it. They support, enable, encourage, and reward it. These people have declared war so there is no reason not to engage them. Much as someone wearing the "X' logo has declared himself my enemy by subscribing to the radical anti-Caucasian hate-think of Malcolm X, so it is with the Muslims who believe they must kill the "infidels".

A huge necessary first step is to clean out the cesspool called Palestine.

All you people talking about freedom of speech are kidding yourselves, I double dare any Danish, or American, newspaper to publish one anti-semitic cartoon or a cartoon that depicts jews negatively.Apparently you only use freedom of speech as an excuse when it suits you, hypocrites.

I do so enjoy reading this post, considering that I've just finished watching a SouthPark episode where Kyle (the token Jew) has probably been the subject of at least 10-15 "jew jokes". They pretty much exercised all the steriotypes.

At least they didn't pick on "token", the token black kid this time. And they didn't bring-out their verson of Christ, who has his own cable access show and sometimes slugs it out with Santa Clause. At least Mr. Hanky and Christ haven't duked it out that I know of.

So yes, we do put our money where our mouth is and routinely make fun of even our more familiar religions and belief systems.

I don't recall anyone fire-bombing the British Embassy in Rome when the Life of Brian was released. The whole movie was about a mistaken belief that some guy called Brian was infact Our Lord and Saviour.

They had a go at the 3 Wise men creeping around the cow-shed a 2 o'clock in the morning -- The Saviour shacking up with some Welsh tart -- Crusifiction - one cross each, lying on the left -- the Saviour telling everyone to Fuck Off after he brought forth juniper berries.

No one cared. They just laughed it off.
If Islam is based on such solid beliefs then surely it can survive a little cartoon. If not then it must be one screwed up belief structure.
