In 2002 Time magazine hired a team of nutritionist and dieticians to compile a Top 10 List of good foods. After the list was compiled they specifically named one food to avoid ... you guessed it, white potatoes.

Quote from the article: "It's a perfect setup for heart disease and diabetes,"

not true, lifestyle is. Frisky can get away with eating a whole lot more than the average douchebag american.

But...why dont you eat sweet potatoes instead Frisky?

Yes, sweet potatoes are very healthy.

I'm sure she can "get away with it" better than many, but why consume a food that a team of dieticians and nutritionist specifically tell you to avoid?

I've always wondered about nutrition majors and their knowledge on bodybuilding - not trying to discredit you or anything just a tangent - but it seems like they are convinced 1-2grams protein/lb bodyweight is overkill.

Mixing up my carb choices... I haven't had a starcy carb in ages it seems. I live on either sweet potato, green veggies, brown rice, or steel cut oats for my carb source as of lately. Today was my carb up.. shock'n the ol system before a two day deplete on just veggies as my carb source.

I also had sweet taters today.. :p

Whatever you're doing ... it's working ;)

I surely didn't over do the potato.. i had a total of 4 whole oz... not overkill.

Its all about moderation and variety...

I really wish I could of had that Pizza instead of watching everyone else eat it.. :(
