MODS & VETS. ____PLEASE___ HELP! pics attached.

here's my opinion. when i started juicing when i weighed around 162lbs i was worried about being fat. i had a bf% around 7%. Now im 210 and my bf is 10-11%. it is really hard to be big and lean at the same time. you need to sit down and decide what you want to do. when you start droppin the weight your just gonna want to bulk again. im 5'9 and im not gonna cut until i get to 220lbs. if i were you i would do another bulking cycle and eat everything. then your next cycle do a cutting one. i think you will be much happier with the overall results.5'11 166lbs isnt very big. you should go to around 190 then diet down. its an up and down battle with steroids. it takes a few years to figure out what works best and how to diet. it took me 5 years to get my diet right.

I cant believe you guys think this is for real??? The after pics has been used in an ad for some protein powder. Who's the culprit??

Bro, as everyone is saying, you went wrong with your diet I'm afraid.

Stop trying to do everything so incredibly quickly! You weighed 139 pounds when you started, and according to my calculations, your BMR plus your daily activities (i'm assuming a moderate to heavy workload here) should only expend, at a max 2750 calories! You're eating 2000 more calories then that! What did you honestly expect?

You should really get your diet down BEFORE you do a cycle. Try going natural and seeing what works for you. Eat around 3500 cals and see how it goes. Losing water and fat weight is not going to be losing any muscle, and even at 166 pounds, your BMR plus you daily activity is only around 3250 MAX!!!

You see how overboard you were going, you had NO idea what this food was going to do to you.

Remember, for every POUND of muscle, there are 2500 calories, and for every POUND of fat, there are 3500 calories. So, in a perfect world, you should only eat 500 cals above your BMR plus daily activity level.

Find what works for you first! Then start your training. I don't care if you have a kinesiology degree or not, you have a LOT to learn about nutrition!
