This was my First cycle, I am hard gainer (really an understatement).

My cycle:

WK1-4 dbol30-40mg ed
WK1-10 deca300mg, sust500mg (seperated into: Monday, Thursday)
WK1-14 arimidex 0.25mg ed

Eating GOOD 4500 cals a day (400-450g protein)

I just finished week 8, and have week 9 & 10 left

I am doing measurments once a week at my Gym, with a Bio-Impedance
machine costing 750$. Always with the same clothes & same hydration).
Although Bio-impedence (tanita) is a very unreliable device, it can
imply on a certain direction. Over the 3 years I've been training
and using it, I found it worked for me pretty accurately, unlike
stories heard about others. I am also carefully look at the mirror,
and take measurements of my body parts with an accurate self-locking
medical measurement tape made for that purpose.

Here are the results so far:

Age: 27, Height: 5'9"

NOTE: Body parts measurements all done on UN-FLEXED UN-WORKED muscles:

September 29 (started) :

Total weight: 139Lb (63.2kg)
FAT Mass: 14.3Lb (6.5kg)
LBM (LeanBodyMass) : 125Lb (56.7kg)
FAT: 10.2%

R. Biceps: 11.8" (30c)
R. Quad: 19.6" (50c)
R. Calf: 13.3" (34c)
Shoulders: 43" (109c)
Chest: 34" (87c) (note:worest bodypart, getting strong but no mass, transplant only option)
Waist: 29" (74c)


November 17 (end of week 8) :

Total weight: 165.7Lb (75.2kg)
FAT Mass: 26Lb (11.8kg)
LBM (LeanBodyMass) : 139Lb (63.4kg)
FAT: 15.7% (Look at the ugly picture!)

R. Biceps: 13.1" (33.5c)
R. Quad: 21.2" (54c)
R. Calf: 13.7" (35c)
Shoulds: 47" (119.5c)
Chest: 36" (91.5)
Waist: 32.8" (83.5c) ! ! ! ! !


NOTE That there was ZERO change in LBM during week 7 and 8,
only 700g. more of FAT Mass ! ! !

To summerize: I do look more muscular, LBM was up no question about
it, however, the FAT mass has gone up so extremely, that I cannot wear
my pants anymore, and if I take off my shirt, people say like: uuggg,
it's an amorphic stomach. I used to have that stomach before, about half
a year ago, only then, it wasn't with the added muscle mass I have now.
But basically my stomach looks like that when there's a lot of fat deposits.
I don't think it's water. I take my arimidex ed, I drink over 2 galons of
water a day, and it looks exactly like the FAT i used to have half a year ago,
plus, the tanita shows it as fat. If it was water, the impedence was different,
and it would have shown as TBW (total body water) increase, and NOT fat mass
increase, so it's FAT, don't argue on that point please.

During the cycle I did everything by the book. I did not do cardio,
because I was afraid of not gaining the muscle mass I wanted.

Now, I am very puzzled, I still have two weeks to go with the cycle
(plus the two weeks after the last inj. and the 2-3 weeks of clomid),

But I look so shitty with this stomach, it's killing me.

PLEASE!!! Suggestions on how the hell do I loose that stomach ASAP,
WITHOUT loosing the muscle mass! Loosing the muscle mass is the most
freighting thing for me (I'm a hard-gainer and worked really hard along
the cycle). I wouldn't want to jeoperdize more than 2lbs of muscle mass
for loosing about 12 lbs of FAT. And I would also prefer loosing the fat
asap. it's really ugly... Look at the pictures I attached.

I'm reminding you I still have 2 weeks to go. I don't thing I need a cutting
cycle for 12lbs of fat to loose?? I would rather loose it somehow now, and
do another bulking cycle a month after I finish clomid therapy of this cycle.

The before pictures were taken on Feb 2001 at 8.5% bf. but also about 14lb less lean body mass than now:

End week 8 pics (keep in mind the tummy that looks very emphesized because of my genetic problem with the pectoralis muscles. The lack of pecs muscle mass, emphesize the stomach greatly. Please don't give advices on chest workouts, because I am quite strong in chest, and nothing can help except Dr. Nadler with his pecs transplants)

Dude, don't bitch. AFTER a bulking cycle there is always a cutting cycle. I know having blubber on your gut is a pain in the ass, but wait until your current bulking cycle is over before you jump the gun and start cutting calories. My suggestion for you would be to wait 2-4 weeks after clomid therapy and do a short cutting cycle using good drugs like clen, winny, anavar, topical fat burners, etc.
 
honestly bro, i can't believe the person in those pics has ever done a cycle. You need to really work on your training and eating if you took gear and didn't get farther than that.

GOD.. YOU ARE ALL SO "FRIEDLY" Down here. I thought that would be the replies instead of really helping out...

Did you ever read my old thread: "The sad bodybuilding story of my life" ? I qouted it below this, so read it please. It was posted here about a month or more ago.

And try (i know it's hard) to really insert it into your head: "if you're bigger it doesn't even imply you are working out harder than someone who is 1/3 the size of you". I does happen most of the time, but it's not a must.
There are some guys with REALLY bad genetics that even the books don't describe.

I'm probably training 3 times as hard as most 'intense' guys.
Probably eat 3 times better, perform the exercises slowlier and in better form than 99% of the guys and know kinesiology, exercises & nutrition better than 95% of the guys (i'm in a middle of a degree). So don't give me bullshit.

Today is the beginning of the 6 week and this **** ain't kickin!


WORKOUT:
--------------
4-5 times a week, 70-90min sessions, SUPER intensity.
Mainly basic multi-joints exercies (Squats, Deadlifts, Bench, Military presses etc..) combined with minimal single joints exercises.
Working out for 4 years


NUTRITION:
---------------
7-8 meals a day. (eating every 2-3 hours max!)
25g protein in the middle of the night when I go pissing.
I NEVER have more than 3 hours of not eating (usually it's 2).
3500-4000 cals a day (remember I weight only 156lbs!)
300-400 protein a day (100-150 come from shakes and bars)
95% of all carbs are Complex (no sugars!)
10-15% total calories come from fat
2 tablespoons flax seed oil a day
NO cheat meals EVER !
Usually when I eat over 3000 cals a day, it just turns into FAT instead of muscle (my personal trainer said I am the worest case he has ever seen, and he never seen such phenomenon documented before) although working out real hard.


SUPPLEMENTS:

Regularely uses high quality Protein from Met-RX (ain't cheap).
Tried Creatine for months.
Tried L-Glutamine (did ****)
Takes 4 Multi-Vitamins a day
Takes a total of 2-3 grams vitamin C a day
During the cycle: Milk Thistle, Saw Palmatto as well


KNOWLEDGE:

Devoted houndreds of hours for learning Nutrition, bodybuilding, muscles functions etc. Appears to be the 2nd knowledgable guy in the whole gym I'm in, both nutritionaly and bio-mechanically, muscle-wise.


DEVOTION:

Trains with extremely high intensity, even really big guys at the gym admire my devotion and intensity. Been training for the past 1.5 year with the number 1 personal trainer in my country. He doesn't understand himself how the hell can I lift so intensely and so devotionally. He said I am the most intensed, yet percise training guy he had ever seen in his 10 years of training)
We've been turning into real good friends (because I'm short of cash, he decided he trains me even if I pay him back in 5 years! Why? Cause he enjoys trainning me the most. He says all other are pussies next to me)


BEGINNING WEEK 6 OF THE CYCLE:

All I can say is that I am VERY disappointed. Oh yeah, strength gains are quite impressive, however mass gains, not so impressive at all: 12 lbs overall, BUT (Big BUT), 6 of them is FAT!! So only 6 lbs of muscle (not water! no puffiness at all with the Arimidex).
I've went from 11.5% to 14% bf.


WHAT I AM GOING TO DO THIS WEEK(6th week):

Trying 4000-5000 cals a day (what can I loose? I can pretty much loose fat later on with ECA, I usually have no problem burning fat doing eca and cardio)


MY CURRENT STATS: (Does NOT reflect ANYTHING i've outlined..)

27yrs. (training for 4 years) 5.9" 156lbs (small and ****ed up genetics, that's the only reason I decided doing AS).

At week 6 on cycle my strength is:
SQUAT (slowly and deeply) : 175 X 10
DEADLIFTS (good form) : 265 x 10
Behind the neck barbell presses (good form) : 105 x 7
Before cycle: You can lower at least 30% strength gains for all exercises.

In search of answers, I've managed (with connections) to schedule a test for testosterone levels at a labratory just to see if the **** I've been taking for the past 6 weeks is bogus or not. If it's bunk, I will demand my money back for the source (which lives nearby and is considered a well-known bodybuilding figure where I live)

Bodybuilding is not a fair sport. I should have been 250 lbs monster. All I asked was for 15lbs of muscle.. Too much to ask?

Sorry for being so negative but the after pictures do look like you went backwards a lot. First I would change your diet around. Play with the carbs and fats. Drop the carbs down and increase your good fat intake. This is something that is learned by trial and error because we all know everyone's body reacts differently to caloric intake as well as training and drugs and what you are doing now is not giving the results. It is also very possible you are overtrained, 70-90 minutes is just to long to be in the gym. How many sets and reps are you doing. I have been using the max-ot workout from ast nutrition and it is working quite well maybe you should take a look at that and try it. If you train as intensely as you say this would be perfect for you it is high intensity and low volume. Lastly my best friend and I did our first cycle together we did everything identical. He gained 10 pounds and I gained 30 on a 8 week cycle. Steroids do work but not as well on some as others. Maybe you didn't gain a ton of mass but is it more than you could achieve naturally. Get your diet in check the way it was when the first pictures were taken. Hope some of this helps out. It is all based on my personal expierence's from my trial and error over the last ten years.
