I think Blut is a good choice al420 as well, both have a solid knowledge base to work with and a decent demeanor. Even though I am going to disagree on the wooden soled shoes simply because I don't do much in the way of oly training. I do deadlift in my black socks though.
As to the asshat who is hopelessly self absorbed in his own meager wit and kibble wanting to be a mod. If you think training without gloves is unorthodox then your head is so far lodged past the glutiels that a rectal cranalectomy is in order ASAP. The only mention to gloves should be in a winter setting whilst outdoors.
