Mod/Admin Help please - my support ticket is growing fungus

been sitting there for awhile

I don't get any editing controls in Internet Explorer (size font dropdowns, the image/url/B/italics/etc buttons dot work)
works ok with firefox.

anybody know how to fix that??

I posted something similar a long while ago. The equivalent response here would be "Use Firefox and thank you for your continued support."

LOL, I tried using support tickets twice and never got a response aside from the auto response that tells you that someone will look into it and get back to you. Great system they have here, isn't it?

BRR gave me the solution if anyone else has the problem - clear the history cache, then if still a prob clear the cookies.

It worked again for me after clearing the history (under tools-> internet options)
