MM Seminars? When / Where?

When are the next MM seminars?
How much?
Where?


I saw in a post that you guys do them in NY ( 4hour cruise) and PA (1.5 hour ride).

I'm working your MM style workout into my workouts and want to learn more. Nothing like doing it in person.

hey Para and Spatts , you can come down to Naz almost any time to get trained * and have a bench program customized for you . Spatts, Para , drop me ( [email protected] ) an email and we can work out all the details. Groups of 3-6 workout best.

We have basic training templates , but alot of what we do is based on an individuals weaknesses/sticking points etc. Mike ,Ox and I might do heavy lockouts while half of the team is doing boards, and other guys may being doing heavy raw work or volume. We may do all our board work before shirt work, or vice versa it really depends on the individual.

*make sure you have a hearty breakfast alot of people spend some time on the floor during the first workout ...
